Cultivation Assistant

Friend Jen & Co. is a fast-growing, medical cannabis dispensary, cultivation, and manufacturing facility. We are devoted to quality, craft cannabis, and are looking for a qualified cultivation assistant.

Job Responsibilities:

• Work collectively and cooperatively as part of a team
• Watering plants, maintaining vegetation rooms, clone rooms, participating during harvests, and performing a variety of other cultivation tasks.
• Ensuring production quotas are met in a timely fashion while observing the highest standards of safety and quality.
• The successful candidates will be reliable and punctual and able to perform physical tasks that are repetitive.
• Please keep in mind, part of the job includes cleaning grow facility and occasionally there will be trimming duties.
• Valid driver's license

Skills and Experience Qualifications:

MUST BE 21 OR OLDER

• 1-year experience working in an industrial setting is preferred but not required
• Capable of reading and understanding production documents and safety manuals
• Good communication skills
• Willingness to comply with all safety guidelines at all times
• Reliable and punctual
• Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team
• Attention to detail
• Weekend availability is a must

Physical Requirements:

• Manual dexterity
• Able and patient to do repetitive tasks
• Ability to learn and use various machines and hand tools
• Lifting, bending, reaching

Work Environment:

• Warehouse
• One location
• On-site
